We are looking for a Part-Time Showroom Administrative Assistant to support daily operations in our tile and interior design showroom. This role involves administrative support, customer service, and order coordination in a fast-paced, design-focused environment.This position is ideal for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, and enjoys working with clients, designers, and contractors.Key Responsibilities:1. Administrative &amp; Order Support<ul><li>Manage and maintain records, invoices, and purchase orders</li><li>Organize and track incoming and special orders, ensuring timely follow-ups</li><li>Tag and label orders arriving in the warehouse</li><li>Assist with scheduling deliveries and coordinating with vendors</li><li>Maintain office supplies and showroom materials</li></ul>2. Customer Service<ul><li>Greet and assist customers in the showroom with general inquiries and re-orders</li><li>Answer phone calls and emails, directing them to appropriate team members</li><li>Provide updates on order status</li><li>Maintain a welcoming and professional showroom environment</li></ul>3. Showroom &amp; Team Coordination<ul><li>Coordinate with warehouse and design team to ensure smooth order processing</li><li>Assist with client add-ons and order updates</li><li>Maintain showroom cleanliness, organization, and sample displays</li><li>Support overall daily showroom operations</li></ul>Qualifications:<ul><li>Previous administrative or customer service experience (design/showroom experience a plus)</li><li>Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask</li><li>Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal</li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook); QuickBooks a plus</li><li>Ability to work independently and as part of a small team</li></ul>Schedule &amp; Compensation:<ul><li>Part-time: Approximately 24&ndash;32 hours per week</li><li>Must be available Mondays, Tuesdays, and Saturdays</li><li>Day shifts ending approximately 6:00&ndash;7:00 PM</li><li>Pay: $22 per hour</li><li>Potential for growth into a full-time role</li></ul>If you&rsquo;re a proactive, customer-focused individual with strong organizational skills and an interest in interior design, we&rsquo;d love to hear from you!Job Type: Part-timeSchedule: Day shiftApplication Question:Are you available to work Mondays, Tuesdays, and Saturdays?
