<div>Job Title: IT Operations Analyst

Location: Bangalore, India (Hybrid &ndash; minimum 2 days per week in the office) 

About the Role

CAI Software is seeking an IT Operations Analysts to support our growing team in Bangalore. 
These professionals will serve as the first point of contact for technical support and local IT operations, assisting around 200 employees ranging from developers to senior leaders.

The role requires a hands-on, proactive individual with strong problem-solving skills and clear communication. You&rsquo;ll work closely with our global IT team to ensure smooth technology operations, provide excellent customer support, and maintain high standards of reliability and organization. 


Key Responsibilities
<ul>
<li>Provide first-line technical support for desktop and laptop hardware (Windows and macOS).</li>
<li>Troubleshoot software, email, and connectivity issues for local users.</li>
<li>Support Microsoft 365 applications including Teams, Outlook, SharePoint, and OneDrive.</li>
<li>Coordinate with vendors for procurement, warranty, and maintenance of IT equipment.</li>
<li>Maintain and update the local IT asset inventory (Asset Management).</li>
<li>Assist with basic networking and infrastructure tasks (Wi-Fi, VPN, cabling).</li>
<li>Collaborate with global IT and Security teams to align with corporate policies and procedures.</li>
<li>Support compliance and security initiatives (SOC 2 Type 2, ISO 27001 awareness preferred).</li>
<li>Deliver exceptional customer service and maintain professionalism in every interaction.</li></ul> 


Requirements
<ul>
<li>Education: Diploma or Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.</li>
<li>Experience: 1&ndash;2 years of experience in technical support, IT operations, or helpdesk role.</li>
<li>Technical Skills:</li>
<li><ul><li>Strong knowledge of Windows 10/11; familiarity with macOS is a plus.</li>
<li>Understanding of Microsoft 365 ecosystem (Teams, Outlook, SharePoint).</li>
<li>Basic understanding of networking (TCP/IP, VPN, Wi-Fi).</li>
<li>Experience managing IT assets and inventory.</li>
<li>Familiarity with Azure AD or AWS is a plus.</li>
<li>Awareness of security and compliance frameworks (SOC 2, ISO 27001) preferred.</li>

IT Operations Analyst

<div>Role: Global Accounting Team Lead 

Responsibilities include, but not limited to: 

General and Technical Accounting: 

<ul><li>Responsible for specific balance sheet account reconciliations that require technical GAAP knowledge and/or are more susceptible to financial statement misstatement.
</li><li>Reviewing the design of new processes, coordinating with Senior &amp; Staff Accountants to ensure all new processes meet global accounting requirements.
</li><li>Capable of researching relevant FASB Accounting guidance or local statutory guidance.
</li><li>Reviewing balance sheet reconciliations prepared by corporate accounting team</li>
<li>Authorized to approve / reject journal entries in Company&rsquo;s ERP system</li></ul> 


Financial Reporting: 

<ul><li>Lead and / or assist with leading department-wide meetings, Team meetings, month end close meetings</li>
<li>Point of contact for unaddressed questions or concerns raised by Staff Accountant
</li><li>Leads testing of new processes, assists with review of integration, coding, mapping of elements to the Company&rsquo;s general ledger</li> 
</ul>
Procurement: 

<ul>
<li>Authorized to approve new vendors in Company&rsquo;s ERP system
</li><li>Reviewing vendor contracts
</li><li>Point of contact for unaddressed questions or concerns raised by Staff Accountants</li></ul> 


Compliance, Financial Systems, &amp; Team Projects: 

<ul><li>Serve as a liaison for the department, help implement and lead new team members to follow ePS Finance policies.
</li><li>Oversea India statutory compliances including TDS, GST, Audit.</li>
<li>Leads testing of new processes, assists with review of integration, coding, mapping of elements to the GL
</li><li>Preparer of specific audit related requests (eg. rollforwards, reconciliations or analytics)</li>
<li>Responsible for proposing changes to the Company&rsquo;s chart of accounts</li> 
</ul>
Education India: Chartered Accountant 

Corporate Experience: At least six - eight years of experience in corporate accounting and finance, at least three to years of supervisory experience in corporate accounting or auditing.
