This part-time position will be both on site and in-person with flexible hours. It offers a great opportunity for growth while being part of a fun and supportive team. Join us!MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:<ul><li>Review financial statements for accuracy and legal compliance</li><li>Enter accounting-related information into business logs</li><li>Handle billing processes including accounts payable and accounts receivable</li><li>Inspect account books for efficiency and accuracy</li><li>Organize and update financial records</li><li>Recommend ways to reduce costs and enhance revenue</li><li>Perform monthly bank reconciliations</li><li>Work with Accounting firm to help ensure financials are completed in a timely manner</li><li>Prepare documentation for external auditors</li></ul>QUALIFICATIONS FOR THE JOB:Education:Bachelor&rsquo;s Degree in accounting, finance, or a related fieldExperience:1 year of experienceCertifications:Must be QuickBooks certified or become certified within 2 weeks of employment.Other:Microsoft OfficeGoogle Workspace (a plus)Asana (a plus)QuickBooksMust have a reliable internet connectionKEY SKILLS:<ul><li>In-depth knowledge of QuickBooks Online.</li><li>Strong mathematical and analytical skills.</li><li>Have very strong Excel skills.</li><li>Excellent oral and written communication skills.</li><li>Proficient in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.</li><li>Proven ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.</li><li>Ability to read and analyze financial reports.</li><li>Strong understanding of US tax regulations.</li><li>Ability to work independently.</li></ul>Job Type: Part-timeBenefits:<ul><li>401(k) matching</li></ul>Work Location: Hybrid remote in Nashua, NH 03064
