We are an international online tutoring company operating in USA, UK, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, and Ireland.We are looking for a GoHighLevel CRM Specialist to design and implement a complete CRM and automation system for our sales and support operations.This is a project-based role, not a full-time position.Responsibilities:<ul><li>Design and set up full CRM pipeline</li><li>Configure multi-country workflows and reporting</li><li>Set up automations:</li><li>Lead assignment</li><li>Follow-ups (no response, post-trial, closing)</li><li>Trial reminders (24h, 2h, 15min)</li><li>Integrate WhatsApp messaging within CRM</li><li>Set up calling system and import existing phone numbers</li><li>Migrate data from existing CRM (clean and structured)</li><li>Implement AI-based responses and automation workflows</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Strong experience with GoHighLevel</li><li>Experience with:</li><li>CRM automation workflows</li><li>WhatsApp API integration</li><li>Calling systems (Twilio or similar)</li><li>Ability to design systems, not just execute instructions</li><li>Experience handling multi-region or multi-country setups (preferred)</li></ul>Job Types: Contract, Temporary Contract length: 2 weeksPay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs80,000.00 per monthApplication Question(s):<ul><li>Describe a CRM system you have built using GoHighLevel</li><li>How would you structure pipelines for multiple countries?</li><li>Share links, screenshots, or references of previous work.</li></ul>Work Location: Hybrid remote in Lahore Model Town
