GoHighLevel CRM Specialist (Contract – Remote)

We are an international online tutoring company operating in USA, UK, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, and Ireland.

We are looking for a GoHighLevel CRM Specialist to design and implement a complete CRM and automation system for our sales and support operations.

This is a project-based role, not a full-time position.

Responsibilities:

• Design and set up full CRM pipeline
• Configure multi-country workflows and reporting
• Set up automations:
• Lead assignment
• Follow-ups (no response, post-trial, closing)
• Trial reminders (24h, 2h, 15min)
• Integrate WhatsApp messaging within CRM
• Set up calling system and import existing phone numbers
• Migrate data from existing CRM (clean and structured)
• Implement AI-based responses and automation workflows

Requirements:

• Strong experience with GoHighLevel
• Experience with:
• CRM automation workflows
• WhatsApp API integration
• Calling systems (Twilio or similar)
• Ability to design systems, not just execute instructions
• Experience handling multi-region or multi-country setups (preferred)

Job Types: Contract, Temporary
Contract length: 2 weeks

Pay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs80,000.00 per month
