 Progressive Dental Marketing is looking for a creative, analytical Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team within our Paid Social department. This role focuses on building and optimizing paid social campaigns that generate high-quality patient opportunities for dental practices nationwide. You&rsquo;ll manage campaigns across Meta and TikTok platforms, collaborate closely with our creative and account teams, and bring ideas to life that drive measurable growth.
 
 
 
 
 
 Key Responsibilities
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Build, manage, and optimize paid social campaigns on Meta Business Manager and TikTok Ads Manager
 </li>
 <li>
 Develop high-performing audience segments and retargeting strategies
 </li>
 <li>
 Produce and edit ad creative in Canva, using brand guidelines and existing design templates
 </li>
 <li>
 Brainstorm and execute creative angles, headlines, ad copy, and hooks tailored to the full-arch patient journey
 </li>
 <li>
 Analyze performance data and adjust campaigns based on CPL, CTR, and CPA goals
 </li>
 <li>
 Collaborate with designers, content creators, and account managers to align creative and messaging with client strategy
 </li>
 <li>
 Stay current on platform updates, trends, and best practices in paid social and short-form creative
 </li>
 <li>
 Test and iterate creatives, formats, and targeting strategies to continually improve performance
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 Qualifications
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 3+ years experience managing paid social campaigns (agency experience preferred)
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong experience in Meta Ads Manager; TikTok Ads familiarity preferred
 </li>
 <li>
 Ability to ideate and produce polished creative assets in Canva
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong understanding of paid social KPIs and optimization strategies
 </li>
 <li>
 Comfort analyzing data and translating insights into action
 </li>
 <li>
 Excellent attention to detail and communication skills
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience in lead-generation environments strongly preferred
 </li>
 <li>
 Bonus: Experience working with healthcare or service-based brands
 </li>
