Digital Marketing Specialist

Progressive Dental Marketing is looking for a creative, analytical Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team within our Paid Social department. This role focuses on building and optimizing paid social campaigns that generate high-quality patient opportunities for dental practices nationwide. You’ll manage campaigns across Meta and TikTok platforms, collaborate closely with our creative and account teams, and bring ideas to life that drive measurable growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Build, manage, and optimize paid social campaigns on Meta Business Manager and TikTok Ads Manager
• Develop high-performing audience segments and retargeting strategies
• Produce and edit ad creative in Canva, using brand guidelines and existing design templates
• Brainstorm and execute creative angles, headlines, ad copy, and hooks tailored to the full-arch patient journey
• Analyze performance data and adjust campaigns based on CPL, CTR, and CPA goals
• Collaborate with designers, content creators, and account managers to align creative and messaging with client strategy
• Stay current on platform updates, trends, and best practices in paid social and short-form creative
• Test and iterate creatives, formats, and targeting strategies to continually improve performance

Qualifications

• 3+ years experience managing paid social campaigns (agency experience preferred)
• Strong experience in Meta Ads Manager; TikTok Ads familiarity preferred
• Ability to ideate and produce polished creative assets in Canva
• Strong understanding of paid social KPIs and optimization strategies
• Comfort analyzing data and translating insights into action
• Excellent attention to detail and communication skills
• Experience in lead-generation environments strongly preferred
• Bonus: Experience working with healthcare or service-based brands
