This is a unique opportunity to combine your property management expertise with a purpose-driven career that changes lives.What You&rsquo;ll Do:&middot; Oversee all operations of a 72-unit apartment community.&middot; Lead and support office and maintenance staff to ensure smooth, efficient operations.&middot; Manage tenant relations, certifications, and lease-ups with compassion and professionalism.&middot; Ensure compliance with LIHTC, HUD, Section 8, and other housing programs.&middot; Serve as the key liaison with external agencies including HUD, SHC, DDD, and more.&middot; Support tenants in accessing vital services like Medicaid, Medicare, and Social Security.&middot; Maintain accurate records and submit required documentation for certifications and renewals.What You Bring:Required:&middot; Bachelor&rsquo;s in Business Management or LSW and 2+ years in property management OR 5+ years of supervisory experience in property management without a degree.&middot; Strong knowledge of LIHTC, HUD, and Section 8 programs.&middot; Proficiency in MS Office 356.&middot; Excellent communication, organization, and conflict resolution skills.&middot; Ability to manage multiple priorities and respond to housing issues 24/7.Preferred:&middot; Experience working with individuals with disabilities.&middot; Familiarity with Medicaid, Social Security, and DDD services.Why Join Project Freedom?At Project Freedom, you&rsquo;ll be part of a passionate team committed to empowering people with disabilities through accessible housing and supportive services.
