We’re seeking a dedicated Property Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of one of our vibrant multi-family apartment communities. This is a unique opportunity to combine your property management expertise with a purpose-driven career that changes lives.
What You’ll Do:
· Oversee all operations of a 72-unit apartment community.
· Lead and support office and maintenance staff to ensure smooth, efficient operations.
· Manage tenant relations, certifications, and lease-ups with compassion and professionalism.
· Ensure compliance with LIHTC, HUD, Section 8, and other housing programs.
· Serve as the key liaison with external agencies including HUD, SHC, DDD, and more.
· Support tenants in accessing vital services like Medicaid, Medicare, and Social Security.
· Maintain accurate records and submit required documentation for certifications and renewals.
What You Bring:
Required:
· Bachelor’s in Business Management or LSW and 2+ years in property management OR 5+ years of supervisory experience in property management without a degree.
· Strong knowledge of LIHTC, HUD, and Section 8 programs.
· Proficiency in MS Office 356.
· Excellent communication, organization, and conflict resolution skills.
· Ability to manage multiple priorities and respond to housing issues 24/7.
Preferred:
· Experience working with individuals with disabilities.
· Familiarity with Medicaid, Social Security, and DDD services.
