Job Overview We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated person to provide high-quality care to patients in their homes and/or facilities. The ideal candidate will have experience in caregiving, particularly for individuals with developmental disabilities, and will be responsible for implementing care plans tailored to each patient's needs. This role requires a strong commitment to patient care, effective communication skills, and the ability to perform physical tasks such as heavy lifting.Duties<ul><li>Deliver personalized care to patients in their home environment.</li><li>Assist with daily living activities, including meal preparation and personal hygiene.</li><li>Implement individualized care plans in collaboration with healthcare professionals.</li><li>Monitor patients' health status and report any changes or concerns to the appropriate personnel.</li><li>Provide support and assistance to individuals with developmental disabilities.</li><li>Perform CPR and other emergency procedures as necessary (If applicable)</li><li>Maintain a clean and safe environment for patients, ensuring adherence to health and safety regulations.</li><li>Document patient progress and maintain accurate records of care provided.</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Experience in home care or caregiving settings is preferred.</li><li>Familiarity with care plans and patient assessment processes.</li><li>Ability to perform heavy lifting as required by patient needs.</li><li>Certification in CPR is not required (we will train you if needed).</li><li>Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams.</li><li>Compassionate nature with a commitment to providing high-quality patient care.</li><li>Experience working with individuals in group home settings is a plus.</li><li>Must have reliable transportation and a working smart phone</li></ul>Join our team of dedicated professionals committed to enhancing the quality of life for our patients through compassionate home care.Job Type: Part-timePay: $14.00 - $16.00 per hourBenefits:<ul><li>Paid orientation</li><li>Paid training</li></ul>Work Location: In person
