We are looking for a dynamic and creative Social &amp; Digital Marketing professional to lead our brand&rsquo;s online presence across digital platforms. The ideal candidate is hands-on with social media strategy, content creation, and campaign management &mdash; and has a strong eye for design and storytelling.You will be responsible for developing engaging digital content, managing brand communications, and ensuring consistency across all social media and digital touchpoints.Key Responsibilities:Social Media Management<ul><li>Develop, implement, and manage social media strategy across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other relevant platforms.</li><li>Plan and schedule posts, stories, and campaigns aligned with brand calendar and marketing objectives.</li><li>Engage with audiences, respond to queries, and monitor community sentiment.</li><li>Track performance metrics and prepare monthly insights &amp; analytics reports.</li></ul>Content Creation &amp; Design<ul><li>Ideate and create visually appealing social media posts, reels, and digital assets (static and video).</li><li>Design creatives for campaigns, emailers, event promotions, and digital ads using Canva / Photoshop / Illustrator / Premier Pro / CapCut (as applicable).</li><li>Work with photography and video teams for shoots; assist in editing and finalizing visual content.</li><li>Maintain brand aesthetics and consistency in all visual communication.</li></ul>Digital Marketing &amp; Campaigns<ul><li>Support paid media campaigns (Meta, Google Ads, etc.) &mdash; from planning to tracking ROI.</li><li>Coordinate influencer collaborations and partnerships.</li><li>Manage website and e-commerce updates (product uploads, banners, and content refresh).</li><li>Stay updated on digital trends, competitors, and emerging social tools or formats.</li></ul>Skills &amp; Qualifications:<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Marketing, Communications, Design, or a related field.</li><li>2&ndash;4 years of experience in social media and digital marketing (fashion/retail/lifestyle preferred).</li><li>Strong knowledge of Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and social analytics.</li><li>Proficiency in design and editing tools: Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator, Premier Pro, or equivalent.</li><li>Excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and creativity.</li><li>Ability to multitask and manage timelines independently.</li></ul>Personal Attributes:<ul><li>Creative thinker with a strong aesthetic sense.</li><li>Passion for social media, storytelling, and visual trends.</li><li>Proactive, organized, and result-driven.</li><li>Comfortable in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;20,000.00 - &#8377;35,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
