We are looking for a dynamic and creative Social & Digital Marketing professional to lead our brand’s online presence across digital platforms. The ideal candidate is hands-on with social media strategy, content creation, and campaign management — and has a strong eye for design and storytelling.
You will be responsible for developing engaging digital content, managing brand communications, and ensuring consistency across all social media and digital touchpoints.
Key Responsibilities:
Social Media Management
- Develop, implement, and manage social media strategy across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other relevant platforms.
- Plan and schedule posts, stories, and campaigns aligned with brand calendar and marketing objectives.
- Engage with audiences, respond to queries, and monitor community sentiment.
- Track performance metrics and prepare monthly insights & analytics reports.
Content Creation & Design
- Ideate and create visually appealing social media posts, reels, and digital assets (static and video).
- Design creatives for campaigns, emailers, event promotions, and digital ads using Canva / Photoshop / Illustrator / Premier Pro / CapCut (as applicable).
- Work with photography and video teams for shoots; assist in editing and finalizing visual content.
- Maintain brand aesthetics and consistency in all visual communication.
Digital Marketing & Campaigns
- Support paid media campaigns (Meta, Google Ads, etc.) — from planning to tracking ROI.
- Coordinate influencer collaborations and partnerships.
- Manage website and e-commerce updates (product uploads, banners, and content refresh).
- Stay updated on digital trends, competitors, and emerging social tools or formats.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Design, or a related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in social media and digital marketing (fashion/retail/lifestyle preferred).
- Strong knowledge of Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and social analytics.
- Proficiency in design and editing tools: Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator, Premier Pro, or equivalent.
- Excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and creativity.
- Ability to multitask and manage timelines independently.
