URGENT HIRINGJob Description: We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Engineer to join our team in Qatar. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in sales within the construction industry, strong client-handling skills, and a good understanding of the local market.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Develop and manage sales activities related to construction products and solutions</li><li>Identify new business opportunities and maintain relationships with contractors, consultants, and clients</li><li>Prepare quotations, follow up on inquiries, and close sales deals</li><li>Conduct site visits and coordinate with technical and operations teams</li><li>Achieve monthly and yearly sales targets</li><li>Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>2&ndash;4 years of proven sales experience in Qatar</li><li>Experience in the construction industry is mandatory</li><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree or diploma in Engineering or a related field</li><li>Valid Qatar Driving License (mandatory)</li><li>Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills</li><li>Ability to work independently and meet targets</li></ul>Preferred Profile:<ul><li>Candidates with experience in the Qatar construction market</li></ul>Salary &amp; Benefits:<ul><li>Salary range: QAR 3,000 &ndash; 6,000 (based on experience and performance)</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: QAR3,000.00 - QAR6,000.00 per monthWork Location: Hybrid remote in Doha
