SALES ENGINEER

Job Description:
We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Engineer to join our team in Qatar. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in sales within the construction industry, strong client-handling skills, and a good understanding of the local market.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage sales activities related to construction products and solutions
• Identify new business opportunities and maintain relationships with contractors, consultants, and clients
• Prepare quotations, follow up on inquiries, and close sales deals
• Conduct site visits and coordinate with technical and operations teams
• Achieve monthly and yearly sales targets
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions

Requirements:

• 2–4 years of proven sales experience in Qatar
• Experience in the construction industry is mandatory
• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Engineering or a related field
• Valid Qatar Driving License (mandatory)
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Ability to work independently and meet targets

Preferred Profile:

• Candidates with experience in the Qatar construction market

Salary & Benefits:

• Salary range: QAR 3,000 – 6,000 (based on experience and performance)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: QAR3,000.00 - QAR6,000.00 per month

Work Location: Hybrid remote in Doha
