Booking Manager (Flexible)

Pearl Shine Detailing is a British inspired company offering a premium mobile home car wash & detailing service in Qatar.

Purpose of Role:

This is a very unique flexible role

We are looking for someone who is looking to earn money on the side.

perhaps someone who is either

- Already working and your current job offers flexibility

- Student

- Home parent where you can have our phone with you at all times and respond to clients and staff.

The phone is very easily manageable as its not always super busy but you must be ready to communicate at all times.

You must take complete responsibility of our booking system including working closely with both customers and staff to offer a seamless booking service.

All communication channels are via phone calls, WhatsApp and some on emails.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Some of the responsibilities, but not limited to, include:

· Taking full responsibility of our customer booking system including building a close relationship with clients and staff

· Must be able to communicate and support the staff well

· Providing customer advice dealing with all forms of customer communication including Inbound/outbound phone calls, messages and emails.

· Being able to naturally sell services to clients that benefit both parties

· Dealing with day-to-day problems, customer complaints and continuously seeking for solutions

· Being the go-to person for all booking & detailing queries

· Taking ownership to resolve member’s queries or complaints.

· Help with admin related tasks

· Keep up to date day to day financial records for income and expense and communicate to owner

This is a growing company and requires honest work done whole heartedly in order to help develop and grow the company.

This role will continuously change as the company grows and develops

REQUIREMENTS

· Have great oral and written communication skills in both English & Arabic. (Must Be Fluent)
· Must have good knowledge & understanding about the car wash & detailing industry and generally has a good understanding of the automotive industry. If not learn quickly

· Neat & Organised

· Trustworthy & Reliable

· Loyalty - Must be enthusiastic in the company goals and growth

· Have some sales and booking experience
