Key Responsibilities:&middot; Prepare and present conceptual and schematic designs, including mood boards, material selections, and spatial layouts.&middot; Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, and vendors to ensure design intent is maintained throughout the project.&middot; Produce detailed drawings, specifications, and schedules using AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or other design software.&middot; Source FF&amp;E and materials, ensuring alignment with the project budget and design goals.&middot; Conduct site visits and supervise installations to ensure quality and design accuracy.&middot; Attend and lead client meetings, effectively communicating ideas and design decisions.&middot; Stay current with trends, products, and innovations in interior design and materials.Requirements:&middot; Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field.&middot; 2 to 4 years of professional experience in interior design, with a strong portfolio showcasing completed projects.&middot; Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, Adobe Creative Suite, and Microsoft Office.&middot; Strong understanding of space planning, color theory, materials, and building codes.&middot; Excellent project management and organizational skills.&middot; Strong communication and presentation skills.&middot; Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.&middot; Experience with procurement, vendor coordination, and site supervision.Preferred Qualifications:&middot; Experience in luxury residential or high-end commercial interiors (customize based on firm).&middot; Knowledge of sustainable and universal design principles.Job Type: PermanentPay: &#8377;15,000.00 - &#8377;35,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
