Job Profile: - Sales Manager

Experience: - 1+ experience in real estate industries.

Salary: - 3 Lpa to 5 Lpa (Negotiable for right candidate)

Roles and Responsibilities

· Candidate having hands on experience handling project from Pune Location.

· Helping clients buy and sell residential properties.

· To ensure sales in residential real estate.

· Responsible for generating new business opportunity for the organization.

· Looking for a hard-core performer in selling residential Property.

· Continuous follow up with the customers and building and retaining client relationships.

· Discover training needs and provide coaching.

· Listen to team members feedback and resolve any issues or conflicts.

· Recognize high performance and reward accomplishments.

Desired Candidate Profile

· Proven work experience as a Sales Manager.

· Expertise in Handling residential Property

· Mandatory working experience from Pune project.

· Excellent communication in English, Hindi, & Marathi and leadership skills.

. Excellent interpersonal skill and presentable.

· Organizational and time-management skills.

· Excellent knowledge about geographical area in city.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
