This role is ideal for a creative, organised Marketing professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys working across marketing, events, exhibitions, and press engagement.As Marketing Manager, you will work closely with internal and external teams to support the execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns and lead on client-facing and promotional events, high-profile exhibitions, and press activity. With a strategic mindset, strong communication skills, and hands-on approach, you&rsquo;ll ensure that our consignment outreach and auction campaigns stand out to consignors, bidders, press, and the wider public.Auction and Consignments Marketing<ul><li>Collaborate with the global Marketing team to develop and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns for US Auctions - around 8-14 auctions per year</li><li>Develop and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns promoting global consignment opportunities across all auction categories (music, posters, props, animation, etc.).</li><li>Drive audience engagement through social media, email campaigns, and targeted outreach to past bidders and new prospects.</li><li>Collaborate with internal teams to deliver creative, on-brand marketing assets and content.</li><li>Lead on event-specific branding and outreach, ensuring consistency across internal exhibitions, client events, and external partnerships.</li><li>Execute digital content across the website, social media, and internal platforms.</li></ul>Event Planning &amp; Execution<ul><li>Lead the organisation and delivery of promotional events, including pre-auction Entertainment Memorabilia Live Auction showcases, consignment drives, and press or influencer days.</li><li>Oversee end-to-end event logistics, from planning and guest coordination to on-the-ground execution.</li><li>Partner with stakeholders to ensure events align with brand identity, marketing strategy, and commercial goals.</li><li>Conduct post-event analysis and reporting to measure impact and refine future activities.</li></ul>Display &amp; Exhibition Coordination<ul><li>Plan and execute on-site and off-site exhibitions, including major showcases such as SDCC, consignment events, and internal displays.</li><li>Collaborate with stakeholders, designers, and graphics teams to bring exhibition concepts to life.</li><li>Manage timelines, budgets, and logistics to deliver impactful, visually engaging displays.</li><li>Oversee hands-on exhibition setup and breakdown, including managing packing lists, supplies, shipping, and display installation to ensure smooth, efficient execution.</li></ul>Press and Influencer Responsibilities<ul><li>Lead and coordinate in-house press and influencer visits.</li><li>Manage and support press-related setups and displays to ensure brand consistency and professionalism.</li><li>Lead collaboration with our LA-based press agency, Blaze, to coordinate U.S. press bookings, organize and prep for press events, and liaise with journalists, media outlets, and partners to maximize exposure during press visits.</li></ul>Additional Responsibilities<ul><li>Support the wider global Marketing team organizing, planning and executing US-based marketing campaigns and promotions.</li><li>Support the marketing team with day-to-day administrative tasks, including answering calls and responding to emails.</li><li>Day to day management and support of Marketing Assistant</li></ul>Optional: On-Camera Presenting<ul><li>Support social media and promotional content by stepping in front of the camera when needed.</li><li>Confidently present to audiences in a clear, engaging style that reflects the brand.</li></ul>Ideal Candidate Profile<ul><li>Proven experience in marketing, events management, press coordination, or a hybrid creative role (arts, entertainment, or auctions background is a plus).</li><li>A proactive multitasker with strong organisational and project management skills.</li><li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to influence and engage diverse audiences.</li><li>Comfortable building strong and trusted relationships with internal teams, external partners, press, and clients.</li><li>Creative thinker with a strategic approach and strong attention to detail.</li></ul>Required Skills and Qualifications<ul><li>Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferred).</li><li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills.</li><li>Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).</li><li>Experience managing and organizing spreadsheets (Excel/Google Sheets).</li><li>Experience with newsletter/email distribution platforms and blogging platforms, such as MailChimp and WordPress.</li><li>Working knowledge of Adobe Suite (specifically Photoshop and InDesign).</li><li>Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing tools.</li><li>Strong copywriting skills.</li><li>Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.</li><li>Works well under pressure and with tight deadlines.</li><li>Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.</li><li>Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.</li><li>Ability to work independently and as part of a team.</li><li>CCPA/GDPR training experience (preferred but not required;
