As Tech Recruiter, Japan , you are responsible to run the entire recruitment cycle for the assigned Japan based mandates.<ul><li>Understand and analyse the job description in details</li><li>Source matching candidates from various databases leveraging advanced search and sourcing techniques (we provide excellent training on sourcing techniques)</li><li>Make optimal use of social media to find and reach out to the candidates</li><li>Make optimal use of social media for mandate marketing and attracting talent</li><li>Communicate and coordinate with the candidates and clients for CV submissions, interview scheduling, offer negotiations and timely joining</li></ul>Your profile -<ul><li>You should have minimum 1 year experience of recruitment in Japan, preferably in tech industry</li><li>Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal</li><li>Strong understanding of various technologies, skillsets</li><li>Experience gathering difficult to find passive candidate and business data</li><li>Deep knowledge of search engine syntax in various search engines.</li><li>Good understanding of social media</li><li>Technical educational background (BE, BCS, MCM etc) would be a great advantage</li><li>You should be comfortable leveraging social media for sourcing and marketing</li></ul>Japan hiring, Japanese market recruitment, APAC sourcing, IT recruiter, Boolean search sourcing, technical hiringJob Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: &#8377;20,000.00 - &#8377;40,000.00 per monthApplication Question(s):<ul><li>Do you have experience of hiring niche tech skills?</li></ul>Education:<ul><li>Bachelor's (Required)</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>Japan/ international : 1 year (Required)</li></ul>Language:<ul><li>English (Required)</li></ul>License/Certification:<ul><li>knowledge of boolean or advanced search techniques (Required)</li></ul>Location:<ul><li>Kothrud, Pune, Maharashtra (Required)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
