Japan - Technical Talent Acquisition specialist

As Tech Recruiter, Japan , you are responsible to run the entire recruitment cycle for the assigned Japan based mandates.

• Understand and analyse the job description in details
• Source matching candidates from various databases leveraging advanced search and sourcing techniques (we provide excellent training on sourcing techniques)
• Make optimal use of social media to find and reach out to the candidates
• Make optimal use of social media for mandate marketing and attracting talent
• Communicate and coordinate with the candidates and clients for CV submissions, interview scheduling, offer negotiations and timely joining

Your profile -

• You should have minimum 1 year experience of recruitment in Japan, preferably in tech industry
• Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal
• Strong understanding of various technologies, skillsets
• Experience gathering difficult to find passive candidate and business data
• Deep knowledge of search engine syntax in various search engines.
• Good understanding of social media
• Technical educational background (BE, BCS, MCM etc) would be a great advantage
• You should be comfortable leveraging social media for sourcing and marketing

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
