Job Description:

Experienced Required: 2+yrs with TamilNadu registration

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the provision of quality patient care by maintaining the perfect medical record history of the patient.
• Needs to take responsibility for the orientation and induction training for new and junior’s staff nurses in the OT.
• Accompanies the patient from ward to the operation theatre, and diagnostic department while a patient is with I.V. on
• Responsible for documentation in peri-operative form, time out documentations, OT count forms instruments count form, SSI, OT utilization, OT register, implant register, and narcotic register.
• Checks the inventory, CSSD items, Dressing Trolley, and Equipment in each shift.
