Position SummaryThis position is responsible for coordinating administrative office services such as coordinating general business activities for themselves and others, leading bi-weekly team meetings, payroll support, file maintenance, and other administrative activities for Property Care Building Service. Interprets operating policies and procedures. Exercises independent judgment in the resolution of administrative problems.Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesThe essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:<ul><li>Coordinate and implement general office services such as leading bi-weekly monthly meetings, file maintenance, payroll support, and other administrative activities.</li><li>Assist with the accounting operations as needed, including payroll, accounts receivable, and accounts payable processes.</li><li>Answer office phone and schedule clients as needed.</li><li>Familiar with operating policies and procedures and advises employees on said topic as needed.</li><li>Occasionally updates and maintains personnel files and client files.</li><li>Research and compile information for direct supervisor upon request.</li><li>Assist with special events planning.</li><li>Operate personal computer to access e-mail, electronic calendars, and other basic office support software.</li><li>Provide technical support to employees and translate documents as needed to Spanish.</li><li>Assist with special projects to create, implement, and maintain new policies, procedures, and systems in order to increase operational efficiency.</li><li>Receive company deliveries and confirms accuracy of inventory received.</li><li>Other duties as assigned.</li></ul>Minimum Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities)<ul><li>High school diploma or GED</li><li>Three years of related experience</li><li>Good oral and written communication skills</li><li>Familiar with Microsoft Office including Excel, Outlook, and Microsoft Word</li><li>Bilingual in English and Spanish</li></ul>Physical Demands and Work EnvironmentThe physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this position.
