1. Legal Documentation &amp; Drafting<ul><li>Draft, review, and finalize agreements such as Sale Deeds, Lease Deeds, MOUs, Development Agreements, Joint Venture Agreements, and Vendor Contracts.</li><li>Prepare and verify legal notices, NOCs, affidavits, indemnity bonds, and declarations.</li><li>Ensure all documents comply with applicable real estate laws and regulations.</li></ul>2. Title Verification &amp; Due Diligence<ul><li>Conduct thorough title searches and verification of land/property documents.</li><li>Coordinate with external advocates for title clearance reports (TCR).</li><li>Identify legal risks, discrepancies, and provide recommendations.</li></ul>3. Compliance &amp; Regulatory Support<ul><li>Ensure compliance with RERA, Stamp Duty &amp; Registration Act, Transfer of Property Act, Contract Act, and other relevant laws.</li><li>Prepare and maintain statutory records, approvals, and licenses required for projects.</li><li>Monitor project compliance under RERA portal (registrations, updates, quarterly reports).</li></ul>4. Litigation &amp; Dispute Management<ul><li>Coordinate with legal counsel for court matters, consumer cases, arbitration, and dispute resolutions.</li><li>Prepare case documents, maintain legal MIS, and follow up with lawyers for updates.</li><li>Assist in drafting replies to legal notices and customer complaints.</li></ul>5. Liaison &amp; Coordination<ul><li>Liaise with government departments such as Revenue, Collector Office, RERA, Registrar Office, AUDA/GMC, and other authorities.</li><li>Follow up for necessary approvals, land records, building permissions, and registration work.</li></ul>6. Customer Documentation Support<ul><li>Verify customer KYC and booking documents.</li><li>Coordinate for agreement execution, registration appointments, and handover documents.</li><li>Resolve legal queries raised by customers, banks, or financial institutions.</li></ul>7. Record Management &amp; MIS<ul><li>Maintain organized documentation for land, project legal files, and agreements.</li><li>Update internal MIS with status of agreements, registrations, legal cases, and compliances.</li><li>Ensure secure storage and archiving of legal records.</li></ul>8. Risk Identification &amp; Advisory<ul><li>Identify potential legal risks in transactions and provide proactive solutions.</li><li>Advise management on legal implications of business decisions.</li><li>Support due diligence for land acquisition and new project launches.</li></ul>9. Legal Executive

1. Real Estate Legal Matters<ul><li>Draft, review, and vet sale deeds, agreements to sell, MOUs, POAs, lease deeds, development agreements, and other real estate documents.</li><li>Conduct title search &amp; legal due diligence for land, plots, buildings, and projects.</li><li>Verify 7/12 extract, NA order, TP scheme documents, encumbrance details, RERA compliance, and other statutory records.</li><li>Provide legal support for land acquisition, land conversion, demarcation, and property registration.</li></ul>2. Land Dispute Resolution<ul><li>Handle civil suits related to land, including ownership disputes, possession matters, encroachment cases, and injunction applications.</li><li>Represent the company/clients before Collector Office, Mamlatdar, Talati, Revenue Department, Civil Courts, and other authorities.</li><li>Manage mutation entries, title clearance processes, and dispute settlement through legal negotiation.</li></ul>3. Criminal Case Handling<ul><li>Draft and file FIRs, complaints, bail applications, anticipatory bail, and other criminal petitions.</li><li>Appear for clients in Police Stations, Sessions Court, High Court for criminal litigation.</li><li>Provide legal consultation on fraud, cheating, forgery, domestic disputes, property fraud, and other IPC matters.</li></ul>4. Documentation &amp; Compliance<ul><li>Maintain accurate records of case files, hearing dates, notices, Vakalatnama, and legal correspondence.</li><li>Ensure timely compliance with court submissions, affidavits, written statements, and rejoinders.</li><li>Provide periodic updates and legal opinions to management/clients.</li></ul>5. Coordination &amp; Client Management<ul><li>Coordinate with government authorities, police departments, revenue officials, and opposing parties.</li><li>Attend joint meetings, negotiations, and property visits for dispute resolution.</li><li>Provide clear and timely legal advice to support decision-making.</li></ul>6. Reporting<ul><li>Submit weekly/Monthly case status reports, upcoming hearings, risks, and closure plans.</li><li>Update MIS with case progress, documents submitted, and next action steps.</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
