 Property Network Real Estate is seeking a dedicated and innovative Learning &amp; Development Specialist
 
 to strengthen our team. The ideal candidate will design and deliver impactful learning programs that enhance employee performance, support career growth, and align with our company&rsquo;s vision in the dynamic real estate market.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Key Responsibilities:
 
 
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Assess training and development needs across departments through consultations, evaluations, and performance reviews
 </li>
 <li>
 Design, deliver, and manage engaging training programs tailored to sales, leasing, property management, and support functions
 </li>
 <li>
 Develop onboarding programs to ensure smooth integration of new hires into company culture and processes
 </li>
 <li>
 Coordinate with RERA and external training providers for certifications and compliance requirements
 </li>
 <li>
 Build e-learning modules, workshops, and blended learning initiatives to drive continuous development
 </li>
 <li>
 Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness, measuring ROI and recommending improvements
 </li>
 <li>
 Maintain training records, calendars, and progress tracking reports
 </li>
 <li>
 Support leadership development, succession planning, and career growth initiatives
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 
 Qualifications:
 
 
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Bachelor&rsquo;s or Masters degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Training &amp; Development, or related field
 </li>
 <li>
 3+ years of proven experience in Learning &amp; Development, preferably within real estate or a service-driven industry
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong understanding of real estate practices, RERA requirements, and market dynamics
 </li>
 <li>
 Excellent facilitation, coaching, and presentation skills
 </li>
 <li>
 Ability to create engaging training content using digital tools and modern L&amp;D practices
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong organizational and analytical skills with attention to detail
 </li>
 <li>
 Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS)
 </li>
