Props Inc is a fabrication and creative production shop based in Van Nuys specializing in custom props, brand activations, large-format 3D printing, scenic fabrication, and event builds for film, TV, brands, and live events.We&rsquo;re looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented Part-Time Bookkeeper / Production Coordinator to help support our growing shop operations.This is an in-person role, approximately 3 days per week / 8 hours per day.Responsibilities<ul><li>Reconcile receipts and company expenses</li><li>Maintain and update Google Sheets budgets</li><li>Track labor hours and production costs</li><li>Create and send estimates/invoices through QuickBooks</li><li>Assist with closing out project budgets</li><li>Help coordinate project logistics, deliveries, and schedules</li><li>Organize vendor receipts, purchase orders, and project documentation</li><li>Communicate with team members regarding budgets and job status updates</li><li>Assist ownership with general administrative and operational support</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Experience with bookkeeping and administrative support</li><li>Proficiency in QuickBooks Online</li><li>Strong Google Sheets / Excel skills</li><li>Highly organized with strong attention to detail</li><li>Ability to multitask in a fast-paced production environment</li><li>Strong communication and follow-through</li><li>Experience in fabrication, production, events, construction, or creative industries is a plus</li></ul>Preferred Traits<ul><li>Self-starter mentality</li><li>Comfortable working around fabrication/shop environments</li><li>Strong problem-solving skills</li><li>Ability to manage multiple active projects simultaneously</li></ul>Schedule<ul><li>Part-time</li><li>Approximately 24 hours per week</li><li>3 days per week / 8 hours per day</li><li>In-person at our Van Nuys shop</li></ul>Compensation<ul><li>Pay based on experience</li></ul>If interested, please send:<ul><li>Resume</li><li>Brief introduction</li><li>Any relevant QuickBooks/bookkeeping or production coordination experience</li></ul>We&rsquo;re looking for someone reliable who wants to grow with a creative and rapidly expanding fabrication company.Pay: From $27.50 per hourBenefits:<ul><li>Flexible schedule</li><li>Work from home</li></ul>Work Location: Hybrid remote in Van Nuys, CA 91406
