The Marketing Coordinator is responsible for leading and managing all marketing efforts to support the company&rsquo;s growth, brand visibility, and customer engagement. This role plays a key part in developing marketing strategies, maintaining a strong online presence, and ensuring consistent branding across all materials. The coordinator will work closely with leadership to elevate the company&rsquo;s reputation and generate high-quality leads through both digital and traditional marketing methods.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Marketing Department Oversight: Teach and train daily marketing activities, ensuring projects and campaigns are completed on schedule.</li><li>Lead Generation: Create strategies to increase brand awareness, expand customer reach, and generate new leads.</li><li>Social Media Management: Supervise content, manage company social media accounts, and grow engagement across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok.</li><li>Content Creation: Produce engaging written and visual content for websites, print materials, ads, newsletters, and promotional campaigns.</li><li>Analytics &amp; Reporting: Monitor marketing performance, track engagement, and provide recommendations for improvement.</li><li>Collaboration: Work closely with management, sales departments, and project teams to align marketing initiatives with company goals.</li></ul>Required Experience &amp; Qualifications<ul><li>Multiple years of experience in marketing, ideally with a advance level</li><li>Demonstrated ability to build and manage a team</li><li>Strong understanding of social media marketing and content strategy.</li><li>Graphic design skills are a plus</li><li>Excellent communication, organization, and project management abilities.</li><li>Ability to oversee a marketing department and manage multiple initiatives independently.</li><li>Motivated Individual capable of running your own marketing business with growth potential.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: $50,000.00 - $70,000.00 per yearBenefits:<ul><li>401(k) matching</li><li>Dental insurance</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Vision insurance</li></ul>Work Location: In person
