The Marketing Coordinator is responsible for leading and managing all marketing efforts to support the company’s growth, brand visibility, and customer engagement. This role plays a key part in developing marketing strategies, maintaining a strong online presence, and ensuring consistent branding across all materials. The coordinator will work closely with leadership to elevate the company’s reputation and generate high-quality leads through both digital and traditional marketing methods.
Key Responsibilities
- Marketing Department Oversight: Teach and train daily marketing activities, ensuring projects and campaigns are completed on schedule.
- Lead Generation: Create strategies to increase brand awareness, expand customer reach, and generate new leads.
- Social Media Management: Supervise content, manage company social media accounts, and grow engagement across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
- Content Creation: Produce engaging written and visual content for websites, print materials, ads, newsletters, and promotional campaigns.
- Analytics & Reporting: Monitor marketing performance, track engagement, and provide recommendations for improvement.
- Collaboration: Work closely with management, sales departments, and project teams to align marketing initiatives with company goals.
Required Experience & Qualifications
- Multiple years of experience in marketing, ideally with a advance level
- Demonstrated ability to build and manage a team
- Strong understanding of social media marketing and content strategy.
- Graphic design skills are a plus
- Excellent communication, organization, and project management abilities.
- Ability to oversee a marketing department and manage multiple initiatives independently.
- Motivated Individual capable of running your own marketing business with growth potential.
