This is a senior-level opportunity to lead end-to-end AV deployments across client direct and construction projects, working closely with sales, operations, and engineering teams. Key Responsibilities <ul> <li>Manage multiple AV projects within budget and to client satisfaction</li><li>Monitor progress against programme, resolve issues, and minimise delays</li><li>Ensure consistent execution by implementing standards and SOPs</li><li>Liaise with internal departments, clients, contractors, and AV integrators</li><li>Oversee health & safety documentation and safe systems of work</li><li>Understand contractual obligations and regional regulations</li><li>Ensure technical and drawing information is accurate and approved</li><li>Manage system setup and concept validation</li><li>Handle financial aspects including invoicing and variations</li><li>Interface AV systems with client building infrastructure (hardware/software)</li><li>Represent the company professionally at senior stakeholder level</li><li>Produce real-time project documentation and reporting</li><li>Attend pre-tender interviews and maintain impartiality</li><li>Develop subject matter expertise in key areas of AV project work</li></ul> Technical Expertise Required <ul> <li>AVoIP: Crestron NVX, Extron NAV, Q-Sys NV, bandwidth planning</li><li>Dante/AES67: audio over IP, clocking, distribution, layer 2 networking</li><li>IP Networks: VLANs, DNS, multicast/unicast, PTP, IPTV routing</li><li>DSP Design: channel counts, licensing, device limitations</li><li>Audio Reproduction: signal levels, echo cancellation, EQ, delay management</li><li>AV System Design: schematics, signal flow, workflow validation</li><li>AV System Build: M&E coordination, containment, power/data requirements</li></ul> ? This is a rare opportunity to lead multi-disciplinary teams on some of the most prestigious construction, fit-out, and refurbishment projects across the commercial, workplace, and hospitality sectors.
