This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to shape our digital voice while working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.Duties<ul><li>Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies that align with brand objectives and target audiences across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok.</li><li>Create high-quality, engaging content including images, videos, blog posts, and graphics using tools like Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe Creative Suite.</li><li>Manage daily social media activities using scheduling tools such as Hootsuite and Buffer to ensure consistent posting and optimal engagement timing.</li><li>Monitor social listening channels to gather insights on audience sentiment, trending topics, and competitor activity to inform content planning.</li><li>Optimize content for search engines (SEO) by conducting keyword research and applying best practices to increase visibility.</li><li>Run targeted Facebook Advertising campaigns to reach specific demographics and drive traffic or conversions.</li><li>Analyze web analytics and social media metrics using Google Analytics and web analytics tools to measure campaign performance and refine strategies accordingly.</li><li>Engage with followers by responding promptly to comments, messages, and reviews to foster strong community relationships.</li><li>Collaborate with the marketing team on branding initiatives, public relations efforts, and e-commerce promotions to ensure cohesive messaging across channels.</li><li>Proofread all content meticulously to maintain brand voice consistency and high-quality standards.</li><li>Stay updated on the latest trends in digital marketing, social media management, graphic design, video editing, and related fields to keep our strategies innovative.</li></ul>Experience<ul><li>Proven experience in social media management and content creation within a fast-paced environment.</li><li>Strong proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe Creative Suite.</li><li>Hands-on experience with social media management tools like Hootsuite or Buffer.</li><li>Knowledge of SEO best practices, keyword research techniques, and web analytics platforms including Google Analytics.</li><li>Experience running paid advertising campaigns on Facebook or other social platforms with measurable results.</li><li>Skills in video editing and photography to produce diverse multimedia content that captures audience attention.</li><li>Excellent written communication skills with a keen eye for proofreading and detail-oriented content development.</li><li>Ability to analyze data insights from various sources to inform strategic decisions in digital marketing efforts.</li><li>Familiarity with public relations principles and relationship management within digital communities is a plus.
