Job Summary
We are seeking an energetic and innovative Social Media Manager and Content Creator to elevate our brand’s digital presence across multiple platforms. Duties

  • Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies that align with brand objectives and target audiences across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
  • Create high-quality, engaging content including images, videos, blog posts, and graphics using tools like Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Manage daily social media activities using scheduling tools such as Hootsuite and Buffer to ensure consistent posting and optimal engagement timing.
  • Monitor social listening channels to gather insights on audience sentiment, trending topics, and competitor activity to inform content planning.
  • Optimize content for search engines (SEO) by conducting keyword research and applying best practices to increase visibility.
  • Run targeted Facebook Advertising campaigns to reach specific demographics and drive traffic or conversions.
  • Analyze web analytics and social media metrics using Google Analytics and web analytics tools to measure campaign performance and refine strategies accordingly.
  • Engage with followers by responding promptly to comments, messages, and reviews to foster strong community relationships.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team on branding initiatives, public relations efforts, and e-commerce promotions to ensure cohesive messaging across channels.
  • Proofread all content meticulously to maintain brand voice consistency and high-quality standards.
  • Stay updated on the latest trends in digital marketing, social media management, graphic design, video editing, and related fields to keep our strategies innovative.

Experience

  • Proven experience in social media management and content creation within a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Hands-on experience with social media management tools like Hootsuite or Buffer.
  • Knowledge of SEO best practices, keyword research techniques, and web analytics platforms including Google Analytics.
  • Experience running paid advertising campaigns on Facebook or other social platforms with measurable results.
  • Skills in video editing and photography to produce diverse multimedia content that captures audience attention.
  • Excellent written communication skills with a keen eye for proofreading and detail-oriented content development.
  • Ability to analyze data insights from various sources to inform strategic decisions in digital marketing efforts.
