Job SummaryProtocol Health is a physician-led health optimization clinic located in Scarsdale, NY. We are seeking a part-time Social Media &amp; Digital Content Manager to ideate, design, edit, and manage content across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and LinkedIn.We are looking for someone reliable, creative, detail-oriented, and capable of executing within an elevated, premium brand aesthetic.Must be local and able to reliably commute to our Scarsdale office for filming and collaboration.Compensation<ul><li>$1,500&ndash;$2,500 per month (based on experience)</li><li>15&ndash;25 hours per week</li><li>Opportunity for increased responsibility and compensation</li></ul>ResponsibilitiesContent Strategy &amp; Planning<ul><li>Create and execute a monthly content calendar</li><li>Plan content across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and LinkedIn</li><li>Align content with business goals</li><li>Maintain consistent posting cadence</li></ul>Trend Research<ul><li>Identify trending topics and reel ideas</li><li>Adapt trends to fit a professional, medical-grade brand</li><li>Stay current on platform updates and algorithm changes</li></ul>Graphic Design (Required)<ul><li>Design clean, premium carousels and graphics</li><li>Create story content, flyers, and educational visuals</li><li>Maintain strong brand consistency</li></ul>Tools: Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma, or similarVideo &amp; Reel Editing (Required)<ul><li>Edit Instagram and TikTok reels</li><li>Optimize the first 3&ndash;5 seconds for engagement</li><li>Add captions and light motion graphics</li><li>Maintain polished, professional aesthetic</li></ul>Tools: CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or similarPlatform Management<ul><li>Schedule and publish content</li><li>Write strong captions</li><li>Monitor analytics and engagement</li><li>Provide monthly performance insights</li></ul>Monthly Content Expectations<ul><li>8&ndash;12 Instagram posts</li><li>4&ndash;8 reels per month</li><li>LinkedIn posting 1&ndash;2x per week</li><li>Story content from filming days</li><li>Basic analytics reporting</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>1&ndash;3 years social media management experience preferred</li><li>Strong portfolio demonstrating design and video editing skills</li><li>Excellent attention to detail</li><li>Strong writing ability preferred</li><li>Highly organized and self-directed</li><li>Must be local and able to commute consistently</li></ul>Preferred (Not Required)<ul><li>Experience in health, wellness, medical, or aesthetic brands</li><li>Blogging or newsletter writing experience</li><li>Podcast production experience (audio + video editing)</li></ul>Growth OpportunityThis is a foundational role within a growing healthcare company.
