Social Media & Digital Content Creator/Manager (Part-Time)

Job Summary

Protocol Health is a physician-led health optimization clinic located in Scarsdale, NY. We are seeking a part-time Social Media & Digital Content Manager to ideate, design, edit, and manage content across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and LinkedIn.

We are looking for someone reliable, creative, detail-oriented, and capable of executing within an elevated, premium brand aesthetic.

Must be local and able to reliably commute to our Scarsdale office for filming and collaboration.

Compensation

• $1,500–$2,500 per month (based on experience)
• 15–25 hours per week

Responsibilities

Content Strategy & Planning

• Create and execute a monthly content calendar
• Plan content across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and LinkedIn
• Align content with business goals
• Maintain consistent posting cadence

Trend Research

• Identify trending topics and reel ideas
• Adapt trends to fit a professional, medical-grade brand
• Stay current on platform updates and algorithm changes

Graphic Design (Required)

• Design clean, premium carousels and graphics
• Create story content, flyers, and educational visuals
• Maintain strong brand consistency

Tools: Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma, or similar

Video & Reel Editing (Required)

• Edit Instagram and TikTok reels
• Optimize the first 3–5 seconds for engagement
• Add captions and light motion graphics
• Maintain polished, professional aesthetic

Tools: CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or similar

Platform Management

• Schedule and publish content
• Write strong captions
• Monitor analytics and engagement
• Provide monthly performance insights

Monthly Content Expectations

• 8–12 Instagram posts
• 4–8 reels per month
• LinkedIn posting 1–2x per week
• Story content from filming days
• Basic analytics reporting

Qualifications

• 1–3 years social media management experience preferred
• Strong portfolio demonstrating design and video editing skills
• Excellent attention to detail
• Strong writing ability preferred
• Highly organized and self-directed
• Must be local and able to commute consistently

Preferred (Not Required)

• Experience in health, wellness, medical, or aesthetic brands
• Blogging or newsletter writing experience
• Podcast production experience (audio + video editing)
