About the Role
Videographer / Social Media Manager Intern
Phoenix, AZ (preferred for in-person shoots & collaboration; hybrid/remote considered)
Unpaid / Small Stipend + Equity-like Credit (portfolio features, testimonials, references, potential future paid role)

Responsibilities

• Shoot and edit dynamic short-form videos (Reels, TikToks, Shorts, LinkedIn clips) showcasing personal projects, real estate wins, construction insights, daily hustle, and vision
• Capture photos/video of key moments, meetings, site visits, and personal milestones
• Build and execute a content calendar: posts, stories, captions, thumbnails
• Edit with flair (music, text, transitions, sound design) to make content feel alive and engaging
• Track performance (views, saves, shares) and suggest tweaks to boost reach & connection
• Collaborate closely with me to align content with authentic brand voice (motivational, real, fun)
• Bring energy: turn shoots into creative sessions, celebrate viral hits, keep the process enjoyable

What We Need To See

• Current student/recent grad or equivalent hands-on experience in video production, social media, digital content
• 1+ year creating video/social content (personal projects, freelance, school work all count)
• Solid skills in shooting/editing (iPhone/DSLR, CapCut, Premiere, DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut, etc.)
• Strong grasp of Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, X + basic analytics mindset
• Creative eye + positive, self-starting attitude; great at taking direction while adding ideas
• Comfortable in a fast, bootstrap-style environment with flexible hours

Preferred Experience

• Portfolio of short-form videos or social posts (must link/share)
• Experience with motion graphics, thumbnails, or sound editing
• Prior work for personal brands, influencers, startups, or agencies
• Phoenix local (or willing to travel locally for shoots)

Additional Requirements

• Access to basic gear, some supplied (smartphone gimbal, mic, lighting; professional camera a plus)
• Reliable transportation for Phoenix-area shoots

Job Type: Internship

Pay: $24.68 - $29.73 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 20 per week

Work Location: In person
