Each meal is not only a time to meet the resident&rsquo;s nutritional needs, but also a time to socialize and reminisce about family traditions and memories around the dinner table. As a Food Server, you play an integral part to create a pleasing dining experience through engaging service and presentation. Available to work early morning and/or evenings and the availablity to work weekends and holidays.Duties:<ul><li>All servers to project a positive, friendly, and helpful demeanor when serving our guests.</li><li>Maintain a working knowledge of the menus.</li><li>Ability to perform all steps of service in the dining room</li><li>Side work duties as assigned.</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Available to work early morning and/or evenings and the availablity to work weekends and holidays.</li><li>Leads by example exhibiting the core values through servant leadership.</li><li>Must have a high school diploma.</li><li>Experience in food service is a plus.</li><li>Must demonstrate the ability or work responsibility, as a team member as well as an individual</li><li>Must be dependable, respect confidentiality, and the rights and privacy of others.</li><li>Ability to communicate effectively with residents, families, staff, vendors and general public.</li><li>Must practice and promote Providence Policies, Mission Statement, Core Values, and Founding Principles.</li><li>Must be 18 years of older.</li><li>Meet all health requirements and pass background check.</li><li>Maintain Providence Living grooming standards in the employee handbook, including, but not limited to body piercings and tattoos.</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, Part-timePay: $14.00 - $15.00 per hourBenefits:<ul><li>401(k)</li><li>Dental insurance</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Paid time off</li><li>Vision insurance</li></ul>Work Location: In person
