Overview :We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Social Media Specialist to plan, create, and manage content across various social media platforms. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in social media strategy, content creation, analytics, and audience engagement. You will work closely with our marketing team to grow our online presence and support brand objectives.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Develop, schedule, and publish engaging content across all major platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.)</li><li>Monitor social channels daily and engage with followers, comments, and messages</li><li>Track key metrics (reach, engagement, growth, CTR) and prepare weekly/monthly performance reports</li><li>Conduct competitive research and stay updated on industry trends</li><li>Collaborate with designers, videographers, and marketing teams to ensure cohesive branding</li><li>Optimize content based on performance insights and platform algorithms</li><li>Assist in running paid ad campaigns via Meta Ads Manager or other tools</li><li>Support influencer collaborations and community management</li><li>Maintain brand voice and ensure all content aligns with company goals</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or related field (preferred)</li><li>1&ndash;3 years of experience in social media management or digital marketing</li><li>Strong understanding of social media platforms and analytics tools</li><li>Excellent writing, communication, and storytelling skills</li><li>Ability to create basic visual content (Canva, Adobe tools, or similar)</li><li>Knowledge of paid advertising (Meta/Google Ads) is a plus</li><li>Strong organizational skills and attention to detail</li><li>Creativity and ability to work in a fast-paced environment</li></ul>Preferred Skills<ul><li>Video editing ( Wonder share Fillmore , DaVinci Resolve , Adobe Premiere, etc.)</li><li>Basic graphic design skills</li><li>Experience with influencer marketing</li><li>Understanding of SEO and content trends</li></ul>Benefits<ul><li>Competitive salary</li><li>Flexible work schedule</li><li>Health insurance / Paid time off (as applicable)</li><li>Opportunities for career growth</li><li>Creative and collaborative work environment</li></ul>Additional Responsibilities<ul><li>Other tasks will be assigned based on workflow, priority, and ongoing project needs.</li></ul>What We&rsquo;re Looking For<ul><li>Basic understanding of social media and digital tools.</li><li>Attention to detail and willingness to learn.</li><li>Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.</li></ul>Education:<ul><li>Any graduate (Preferred).</li></ul>Language:<ul><li>English (Preferred)</li><li>Tamil (Preferred)</li></ul>Work Location: In personJob Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;10,000.00 - &#8377;20,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Cell phone reimbursement</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Provident Fund</li></ul>Work Location: In person
