We are looking for a strong HR professional who can manage people, drive performance, and work closely with Management.Role Priority<ul><li>Create and manage the Performance Management System (PMS)</li><li>Track department and employee performance</li><li>Handle timekeeping, attendance, and discipline</li><li>Work closely with Management on people performance and productivity</li></ul>Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Implement HR policies and systems</li><li>Handle recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations</li><li>Set KPIs/KRAs and conduct regular performance reviews</li><li>Monitor attendance, productivity, and work discipline</li><li>Plan and conduct training and motivation programs</li><li>Ensure labor law and statutory compliance</li><li>Share regular performance and workforce reports with Management</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>5+ years of experience in HR</li><li>Strong skills in performance management and training</li><li>Good communication and leadership skills</li><li>Good knowledge of labor laws and compliance</li><li>Experience working closely with Management</li></ul>Preferred Qualifications<ul><li>Master&rsquo;s degree in HR or related field</li><li>HR certification</li><li>Experience with HR software / ERP</li></ul>What We Offer<ul><li>Competitive salary and incentives</li><li>Growth opportunities</li><li>Supportive work environment</li><li>Direct interaction with top Management</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: &#8377;25,000.00 - &#8377;50,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
