The successful candidate will be responsible for both driving sales and implementing marketing strategies to expand our customer base and increase brand awareness.Key Responsibilities:Sales:<ul><li>Identify, target, and engage potential clients for curtains, blinds, and home furnishings.</li><li>Provide expert advice to customers on fabrics, designs, and home d&eacute;cor trends.</li><li>Build and maintain relationships with customers to ensure repeat business and referrals.</li><li>Manage customer inquiries, offer product recommendations, and facilitate the entire sales process from initial consultation to purchase.</li><li>Work towards and exceed monthly sales targets.</li><li>Prepare quotations, invoices, and maintain sales records.</li></ul>Marketing:<ul><li>Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote curtains, blinds, and furnishing products.</li><li>Collaborate with the management team to design promotional campaigns, including special offers, discounts, and events.</li><li>Manage the company&rsquo;s online presence, including website updates and social media accounts, to showcase products and engage with customers.</li><li>Create engaging marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, and email newsletters.</li><li>Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and potential growth opportunities.</li></ul>Product &amp; Market Knowledge:<ul><li>Stay updated on the latest trends in interior d&eacute;cor, window treatments, and furnishing solutions.</li><li>Gain in-depth knowledge of product lines and communicate the unique selling points to customers.</li><li>Work closely with suppliers and manufacturers to maintain up-to-date knowledge of available products.</li></ul>Reporting &amp; Analysis:<ul><li>Track and analyze sales and marketing performance metrics.</li><li>Provide regular reports on sales activities, customer feedback, and marketing campaign results to management.</li><li>Adjust marketing strategies based on performance and customer trends to maximize effectiveness.</li></ul>Qualifications &amp; Skills:<ul><li>Proven experience as a Sales and Marketing Executive, ideally in the curtains and home furnishings industry.</li><li>Strong knowledge of fabrics, window treatments, and home d&eacute;cor trends.</li><li>Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.</li><li>Proficiency in digital marketing, including social media management, email campaigns, and website management.</li><li>Ability to think creatively and develop innovative marketing strategies.</li><li>Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.</li></ul>Education &amp; Experience:<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Marketing, Business, Interior Design, or a related field are preferred.</li><li>3+ years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably within the home furnishings or related industries.</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: &#8377;15,000.00 - &#8377;25,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
