Job Type:Contract / Independent Contractor Flexible ScheduleCompensation:<ul><li>$5 per in-person notarization</li><li>$30 per mobile notarization</li><li>$50 per apostille service completed</li></ul>Job OverviewWe are seeking an experienced, reliable Notary Public to join our team and provide online notarizations, mobile notarizations, in-person notarizations, and apostille services. This is a contract-based role with flexible scheduling and consistent volume for the right candidate.The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, professional, and already experienced in remote online notarization (RON) and apostille processing.Responsibilities<ul><li>Perform Remote Online Notarizations (RON) in compliance with state laws</li><li>Complete mobile notarizations at client locations as assigned</li><li>Handle in-person notarizations at designated locations</li><li>Process apostille services, including document review, submission, and follow-up</li><li>Verify signer identity and ensure proper documentation</li><li>Maintain accurate records and comply with all notary regulations</li><li>Communicate professionally with clients and internal staff</li><li>Meet turnaround times, especially for apostille requests</li></ul>Requirements (Must Have)<ul><li>Active Notary Public license in good standing</li><li>Active Online Notary / Remote Online Notary (RON) license</li><li>Current notary bond</li><li>Proven experience with remote online notarizations</li><li>Proven experience handling apostille services</li><li>Strong understanding of notary laws and compliance requirements</li><li>Reliable internet, computer, and camera setup for online notarizations</li><li>Professional appearance and customer-focused communication</li><li>Ability to travel locally for mobile notarizations (as needed)</li></ul>Preferred Qualifications<ul><li>Prior experience working with a notary service, law firm, or document processing company</li><li>Familiarity with same-day or expedited apostille services</li><li>Ability to handle high-volume notarization requests efficiently</li></ul>Why Work With Us<ul><li>Flexible schedule</li><li>Steady flow of notarization and apostille requests</li><li>No marketing or client acquisition required</li><li>Clear per-service compensation structure</li><li>Opportunity for long-term, ongoing work</li></ul>How to ApplyPlease apply with:<ul><li>Proof of Notary Public license</li><li>Proof of Online Notary (RON) license</li><li>Proof of bond</li><li>Brief summary of your experience with remote notarization and apostille services</li></ul>Job Type: ContractPay: $25.00 - $100.00 per hourExpected hours: 5 &ndash; 15 per weekWork Location: In person
