Job Summary
The Enrollment Coordinator plays a critical role in guiding individuals and providers through the enrollment process for participant-directed services, ensuring a smooth and timely experience from referral to activation. This position is responsible for processing referrals, conducting outreach, scheduling appointments, and clearly communicating requirements to all stakeholders to support successful enrollment. The coordinator proactively identifies and resolves barriers, collaborates with internal teams and external partners, and ensures all documentation and compliance requirements are completed accurately. Additionally, the role supports inbound and outbound inquiries, maintains up-to-date records, and contributes to reporting, quality assurance, and continuous process improvement. Success in this role requires strong customer service skills, excellent communication, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple systems and priorities effectively.
Key Responsibilities
Enrollment Processing &amp; Coordination<ul><li>
Receives and processes new individual referrals for participant-directed services.</li><li>
Processes enrollment applications received through email, fax, mail and online.</li><li>
Performs all functions necessary to support the enrollment of the individual/employer/authorized representative and provider(s) including obtaining employer identification numbers, completing criminal background checks, and other enrollment related requirements.</li><li>
Schedules appointment(s) to ensure program enrollment is completed quickly and efficiently.</li><li>
Updates provider status and records in systems.</li></ul>
Communication &amp; Stakeholder Engagement<ul><li>
Communicates referral corrections, as needed, to entities providing case management or service/support coordination entities services to the individual.</li><li>
Conducts introduction and welcome outreach to newly referred individuals or their representative to initiate the enrollment process.</li><li>
Articulates to all stakeholders what information is required to navigate and complete the enrollment process successfully.</li><li>
Engages the entity providing case management or service/support coordination services to the individual to ensure and understand Public Partnerships&rsquo; initiation and timely coordination of the enrollment process and what to expect.</li><li>
Responds to in-bound and out-bound call inquiries regarding new provider enrollment.</li><li>
Educates the individual/employer and provider on interacting with Public Partnerships as their fiscal intermediary, with emphasis on enrolling subsequent providers and keys to successful self-direction.</li></ul>
Issue Resolution &amp; Process Management<ul><li>
Readily identifies potential barriers and bottlenecks to timely enrollment and takes necessary steps to triage and resolve.</li><li>
Researches and resolves customer issues using required reporting processes and systems.</li><li>
Responds to incoming departmental requests to solve outstanding enrollment issues within program enrollment requirements.</li></ul>
Collaboration &amp; Operational Efficiency<ul><li>
Collaborates with internal and external stakeholders as necessary to ensure enrollment cycle times are minimized and the first payment to the provider(s) is received on time and in full.</li></ul>
Quality Assurance, Reporting &amp; Data Management<ul><li>
Meets quality assurance standards and daily processing metric goals as applicable to program.</li><li>
Collects, analyzes, and presents information that will be used for quality control and process improvement activities.</li><li>
Enters and monitors relevant documentation in enrollment systems and tools.</li><li>
Conducts both internal and external reporting.</li></ul>
Required Skills:<ul><li>
Strong customer service and support experience.</li><li>
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and web-based applications.</li><li>
High aptitude for process assessment, improvement, and recommendation.</li><li>
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.</li><li>
Ability to develop strong working relationships with external and internal stakeholders.</li><li>
Ability to prepare ad-hoc reporting applicable to enrollment activities.</li></ul>
Qualifications:
Education:<ul><li>
Associate or bachelor&rsquo;s degree preferred. Substantial professional experience may be considered in lieu of a formal degree.
</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>
1-3 years of experience in data entry or administration in an enrollment environment.</li><li>
1-3 years of customer service experience.</li><li>
At least 1-2 years&rsquo; professional experience working with persons with disabilities.</li></ul>

Job Summary 
We are seeking an experienced Azure Data Engineer to design, build, and optimize scalable data pipelines and lake house architectures within the Azure ecosystem. This role is responsible for developing end-to-end data ingestion, transformation, and governance frameworks using Azure Data Factory, Databricks, and ADLS Gen2 to support enterprise analytics and reporting needs. 
The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience managing batch and near real-time data ingestion from diverse structured and unstructured sources, implementing Spark-based transformation processes across Bronze, Silver, and Gold data layers, and establishing robust data quality, security, and monitoring frameworks. This position also requires expertise in data governance, automation, and cost optimization to ensure high-performing, secure, and reliable data platforms aligned with organizational SLAs.. 
Key Responsibilities 
Azure Data Engineering &amp; Lakehouse Architecture<ul><li>
Design and manage scalable data ingestion pipelines using Azure Data Factory and Azure Service Bus for batch and near real-time processing</li><li>
Implement Bronze, Silver, and Gold data layer transformations using Databricks (PySpark, SparkSQL) within a lakehouse architecture</li><li>
Integrate structured, semi-structured, and unstructured data sources using formats such as Parquet, Avro, and JSON into ADLS Gen2</li></ul>
Data Governance, Security &amp; Quality Management<ul><li>
Establish data quality frameworks and validation processes using Databricks and Azure Data Factory</li><li>
Configure RBAC and ACL-based access controls to secure sensitive datasets and ensure compliance</li><li>
Manage credential security with Azure Key Vault and enforce governance standards across data platforms.</li></ul>
Automation, Monitoring &amp; Cloud Optimization<ul><li>
Automate pipeline orchestration using Databricks Workflows and CI/CD tools such as Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, and Terraform</li><li>

Job Summary 
The Operations Associate I supports day-to-day operational performance by compiling, maintaining, and analyzing workforce and operational data that informs management decision-making. This role assists in developing and maintaining reports, dashboards, and ad hoc analyses that track staffing levels, productivity, and key operational metrics. The Operations Associate I prepares regular performance and disbursement reports, ensures data accuracy, and maintains detailed records related to agent and workforce information.
Working closely with operations leadership, this position helps monitor performance trends, supports reporting deadlines, and contributes to tools and processes that improve operational visibility and efficiency.
