Public Partnerships LLC (PPL) helps people with disabilities, chronic illnesses, or other long-term health conditions stay at home and &ldquo;self-direct&rdquo; their care. Known as consumer direction in New York, this long-term care model empowers people to take control of who provides their services and where. PPL was selected to be the Statewide Fiscal Intermediary for the New York Consumer Directed Personal Assistance Program (CDPAP) starting in 2025. We, along with a diverse alliance of service partners across the state, will be supporting the delivery of culturally sensitive and disability competent care to CDPAP participants. Customer Service Representative

Availability Requirement: Employees MUST be available to work any assigned 8-hour shift within our operating hours of Monday&ndash;Saturday, 8:00 AM&ndash;8:00 PM. Through the shift bidding process, you'll be scheduled for a consistent 8-hour shift within this window&mdash;not the full 12-hour span.</li></ul>

Accurately document all customer interactions, inquiries, and resolutions to meet audit and compliance standards</li><li>
Manage administrative tasks such as support tickets, email, and mail routing while maintaining strong attention to detail</li><li>
Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of program rules, policies, and internal systems to resolve customer inquiries confidently</li><li>

Position Title:
Operations Associate 1 
Duties &amp; Responsibilities: 
Job Summary 
The Operations Associate I supports day-to-day operational performance by compiling, maintaining, and analyzing workforce and operational data that informs management decision-making. This role assists in developing and maintaining reports, dashboards, and ad hoc analyses that track staffing levels, productivity, and key operational metrics. The Operations Associate I prepares regular performance and disbursement reports, ensures data accuracy, and maintains detailed records related to agent and workforce information.
Working closely with operations leadership, this position helps monitor performance trends, supports reporting deadlines, and contributes to tools and processes that improve operational visibility and efficiency. The role requires strong attention to detail, organization, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment while supporting continuous process improvement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Purchasing/Timesheet<ul><li>
Will be responsible for receiving purchase order requests</li><li>
Enter timesheets and invoices daily</li><li>
Analyzes staffing and production data to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement.</li></ul>
Workforce Metrics &amp; Performance Management<ul><li>
Maintains and updates detailed staffing records, including agent schedules, extensions, program assignments, and productivity data.</li><li>
Achieve IPH goals</li></ul>
Operational Efficiency &amp; Process Improvement<ul><li>
Collaborates with management to identify and implement process improvements that enhance efficiency and data accuracy.</li><li>
Manages multiple deliverables and reporting schedules to ensure deadlines are consistently met in a fast-paced environment.</li><li>
Applies strong attention to detail, spreadsheet expertise, and Microsoft Office skills to streamline reporting and operational workflows.</li></ul>
Required Skills:<ul><li> 
Excellent accuracy and attention to detail.</li><li>Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment with multiple deadlines.</li><li>Excellent written and oral communication skills.</li><li>Process-improvement oriented.</li><li>Excellent spreadsheet skills.</li><li>Strong Microsoft Office applications skills (preferably with Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Access).</li></ul>
Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor&rsquo;s degree preferred. Substantial professional experience may be considered in lieu of a formal degree.
Experience: 1-2 years&rsquo; experience in payroll and accounts payable operations or finance, preferably in an automated system environment.
Pay Rate: $19.24-$21.63
