Operations Associate 1
Duties & Responsibilities:
Job Summary
The Operations Associate I supports day-to-day operational performance by compiling, maintaining, and analyzing workforce and operational data that informs management decision-making. This role assists in developing and maintaining reports, dashboards, and ad hoc analyses that track staffing levels, productivity, and key operational metrics. The Operations Associate I prepares regular performance and disbursement reports, ensures data accuracy, and maintains detailed records related to agent and workforce information.
Working closely with operations leadership, this position helps monitor performance trends, supports reporting deadlines, and contributes to tools and processes that improve operational visibility and efficiency. The role requires strong attention to detail, organization, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment while supporting continuous process improvement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Purchasing/Timesheet
Will be responsible for receiving purchase order requests
Enter timesheets and invoices daily
Analyzes staffing and production data to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement.
Workforce Metrics & Performance Management
Maintains and updates detailed staffing records, including agent schedules, extensions, program assignments, and productivity data.
Achieve IPH goals
Operational Efficiency & Process Improvement
Collaborates with management to identify and implement process improvements that enhance efficiency and data accuracy.
Manages multiple deliverables and reporting schedules to ensure deadlines are consistently met in a fast-paced environment.
Applies strong attention to detail, spreadsheet expertise, and Microsoft Office skills to streamline reporting and operational workflows.
Required Skills:
Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree preferred. Substantial professional experience may be considered in lieu of a formal degree.
Experience: 1-2 years’ experience in payroll and accounts payable operations or finance, preferably in an automated system environment.
Pay Rate: $19.24-$21.63
Working Conditions: Remote
