maintaining the Kronos time-keeping system</li><li>
troubleshooting all payroll related issues and questions</li><li>
maintaining attendance and punctuality information on plant associates</li><li>
performing analytical research and providing reports to plant management</li><li>
maintaining office equipment, intercom system, disaster preparedness plan and ordering office supplies and other tasks as needed</li><li>
entering daily production data into excel spreadsheets as needed</li><li>
providing information to associates regarding benefits, policies and practices</li><li>
tracking and reporting on associates who are on FMLA</li><li>
ordering uniforms for associates and reviewing invoices as needed</li><li>
answering and routing incoming calls to plant</li><li>
maintaining associates personnel and medical files</li><li>
maintaining Communications Center as needed</li><li>
providing clerical support to staff as needed and</li><li>

We&rsquo;re hiring a Lead Software Engineer for our Technology Architecture team to help accelerate AI adoption across the software development lifecycle and deliver modern platform capabilities that improve how engineering teams build, test, secure, and ship software. In this role, you&rsquo;ll help design and deliver enterprise technology solutions that enable scalable developer experience, including internal developer platform capabilities through Backstage and other architecture-led initiatives. You&rsquo;ll partner closely with architecture, engineering, product, and platform teams to translate strategic priorities into secure, scalable, and practical solutions that improve delivery speed, quality, and consistency across teams.

Your Impact<ul><li>
Lead the technical design and delivery of enterprise solutions that accelerate AI adoption across the software development lifecycle.</li><li>
Help shape and evolve internal developer platform capabilities through Backstage and related architecture enablement efforts.</li><li>
Partners with architects, engineers, product owners, and business stakeholders to translate business needs into secure, scalable, and supportable technical solutions.</li><li>
Provide technical leadership across complex cross-team initiatives spanning software engineering, platform engineering, automation, and AI-enabled development workflows.</li><li>
Establish and promote engineering patterns, standards, and guardrails that improve developer productivity, solution quality, and platform consistency.</li><li>
Guide proof-of-concepts, pilots, and production implementations for AI-assisted engineering capabilities and modern platform tooling.</li><li>
Coach and mentor software engineers through solution design, code quality, technical decision-making, and engineering best practices.</li><li>
Contribute to technical planning, estimation, documentation, and release readiness for high-impact initiatives.</li><li>
