Job Title: HR ManagerLocation: Pullani Motors &ndash; Reporting At Nerul (Manage Multiple Locations from Nerul) Department: Human Resources Reporting To: Director / Business HeadRole Overview:As the sole HR professional at Pullani Motors, you will independently manage all HR functions across locations &mdash; from recruitment to compliance, payroll coordination, employee engagement, and statutory obligations. The ideal candidate is a proactive, people-oriented professional who can balance administrative accuracy with a hands-on, approachable HR presence.Key Responsibilities:1. Recruitment &amp; Onboarding<ul><li>Coordinate with department heads (Sales, Service, Admin, Accounts) to understand manpower requirements.</li><li>Prepare and post job advertisements, screen resumes, schedule interviews, and finalize hiring.</li><li>Manage offer letters, joining formalities, and employee induction independently.</li><li>Maintain updated employee database and digital personnel files.</li></ul>2. Payroll, Attendance &amp; Compliance<ul><li>Collate attendance, leave, and incentive data for payroll finalization every month.</li><li>Coordinate with Accounts/CA team for salary disbursement and statutory deductions.</li><li>Ensure compliance with PF, ESIC, Professional Tax, Bonus Act, Shops &amp; Establishment, and other applicable laws.</li><li>Maintain all statutory registers and documentation required during inspections.</li></ul>3. HR Operations &amp; Policy Implementation<ul><li>Maintain HR records, employee master data, and ensure accuracy of all HR documentation.</li><li>Prepare and update HR policies suited to a dealership environment (e.g., leave, uniform, travel, incentive rules).</li><li>Act as a single point of contact for all employee-related queries and policy clarifications.</li></ul>4. Performance &amp; Employee Relations<ul><li>Assist in defining KRAs and performance parameters for Sales and Service teams.</li><li>Monitor probation confirmations, appraisals, and incentive eligibility.</li><li>Resolve grievances tactfully and maintain employee discipline and morale.</li><li>Conduct exit interviews and analyze attrition reasons.</li></ul>5. Engagement &amp; Culture<ul><li>Organize employee welfare activities, festival celebrations, and recognition programs (e.g., Star Performer Awards).</li><li>Maintain cordial relations between management and staff through transparent communication.</li><li>Promote Pullani Motors&rsquo; values of teamwork, integrity, and customer focus through HR initiatives.</li></ul>Required Skills &amp; Competencies:<ul><li>Graduate / MBA in HR or equivalent.</li><li>Minimum 3&ndash;6 years of experience handling HR independently (preferably in auto, retail, or manufacturing).</li><li>Knowledge of HR compliance and payroll processing.</li><li>Excellent interpersonal, communication, and documentation skills.</li><li>Hands-on with Excel, Google Sheets, and HRMS tools.</li><li>Self-driven, organized, and trustworthy &mdash; capable of managing without a team.</li></ul>Compensation:Competitive salary based on experience + annual performance incentive.Work Timings:9:30 AM &ndash; 6:30 PM (Monday to Saturday) Weekly Off: SundayJob Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: &#8377;30,000.00 - &#8377;45,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Cell phone reimbursement</li><li>Health insurance</li></ul>Education:<ul><li>Bachelor's (Preferred)</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>HR: 2 years (Required)</li><li>total work: 2 years (Required)</li></ul>Language:<ul><li>English (Preferred)</li><li>Hindi (Preferred)</li><li>Marathi (Preferred)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
