Job Title: HR Manager

Location: Pullani Motors – Reporting At Nerul (Manage Multiple Locations from Nerul)
Department: Human Resources
Reporting To: Director / Business Head

Role Overview:

As the sole HR professional at Pullani Motors, you will independently manage all HR functions across locations — from recruitment to compliance, payroll coordination, employee engagement, and statutory obligations. The ideal candidate is a proactive, people-oriented professional who can balance administrative accuracy with a hands-on, approachable HR presence.

Key Responsibilities:1. Recruitment & Onboarding

  • Coordinate with department heads (Sales, Service, Admin, Accounts) to understand manpower requirements.
  • Prepare and post job advertisements, screen resumes, schedule interviews, and finalize hiring.
  • Manage offer letters, joining formalities, and employee induction independently.
  • Maintain updated employee database and digital personnel files.

2. Payroll, Attendance & Compliance

  • Collate attendance, leave, and incentive data for payroll finalization every month.
  • Coordinate with Accounts/CA team for salary disbursement and statutory deductions.
  • Ensure compliance with PF, ESIC, Professional Tax, Bonus Act, Shops & Establishment, and other applicable laws.
  • Maintain all statutory registers and documentation required during inspections.

3. HR Operations & Policy Implementation

  • Maintain HR records, employee master data, and ensure accuracy of all HR documentation.
  • Prepare and update HR policies suited to a dealership environment (e.g., leave, uniform, travel, incentive rules).
  • Act as a single point of contact for all employee-related queries and policy clarifications.

4. Performance & Employee Relations

  • Assist in defining KRAs and performance parameters for Sales and Service teams.
  • Monitor probation confirmations, appraisals, and incentive eligibility.
  • Resolve grievances tactfully and maintain employee discipline and morale.
  • Conduct exit interviews and analyze attrition reasons.

5. Engagement & Culture

  • Organize employee welfare activities, festival celebrations, and recognition programs (e.g., Star Performer Awards).
  • Maintain cordial relations between management and staff through transparent communication.
  • Promote Pullani Motors’ values of teamwork, integrity, and customer focus through HR initiatives.

Required Skills & Competencies:

  • Graduate / MBA in HR or equivalent.
  • Minimum 3–6 years of experience handling HR independently (preferably in auto, retail, or manufacturing).
  • Knowledge of HR compliance and payroll processing.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and documentation skills.
  • Hands-on with Excel, Google Sheets, and HRMS tools.
  • Self-driven, organized, and trustworthy — capable of managing without a team.

Compensation:

Competitive salary based on experience + annual performance incentive.

Work Timings:

9:30 AM – 6:30 PM (Monday to Saturday)
Weekly Off: Sunday

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
