 Qualifications:
 
 
 
 
 
 &bull;	Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Psychology, Special Education, Applied Behavior Analysis, or Business Management (Master&rsquo;s preferred)
 
 
 &bull;	Clinical experience (therapy, ABA, special education, or case management) combined with operational/administrative experience.
 
 
 &bull;	Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
 
 
 &bull;	Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
 
 
 &bull;	Bilingual (English &amp; Arabic) strongly preferred for effective communication with families and schools.
 
 
 &bull;	Knowledge of UAE educational and clinical regulations (KHDA, DHA) is an advantage.
 
 
 
 
 
 Job Description:
 
 
 &nbsp;
 
 
 &bull;	Oversee day-to-day operations of the center, including scheduling, staffing, and workflow coordination.
 
 
 &bull;	Manage contracts, agreements, and renewals with schools, nurseries, and institutional partners.
 
 
 &bull;	Ensure compliance with KHDA, DHA, and other regulatory requirements.
 
 
 &bull;	Streamline processes to improve efficiency, parent satisfaction, and staff productivity.
 
 
 &bull;	Collaborate with therapists and clinical supervisors to ensure smooth delivery of services.
 
 
 &bull;	Understand clinical matters to support decision-making and communicate effectively with parents.
 
 
 &bull;	Escalate clinical concerns appropriately to senior clinicians.
 
 
 &bull;	Serve as the primary point of contact for schools, nurseries, and external stakeholders.
 
 
 &bull;	Build and maintain strong professional relationships to expand the center&rsquo;s network.
 
 
 &bull;	Support partnership initiatives, MOUs, and collaborative projects.
 
 
 &bull;	Represent the center in external meetings, workshops, and community events.
 
 
 &bull;	Support staff coordination, training schedules, and team communication.
 
 
 &bull;	Facilitate clear communication with parents regarding services, updates, and follow-ups.
 
 
 &bull;	Ensure operational issues do not disrupt therapy services.
