Operations Manager

Qualifications:


• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Special Education, Applied Behavior Analysis, or Business Management (Master’s preferred)

• Clinical experience (therapy, ABA, special education, or case management) combined with operational/administrative experience.

• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

• Bilingual (English & Arabic) strongly preferred for effective communication with families and schools.

• Knowledge of UAE educational and clinical regulations (KHDA, DHA) is an advantage.


Job Description:

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the center, including scheduling, staffing, and workflow coordination.

• Manage contracts, agreements, and renewals with schools, nurseries, and institutional partners.

• Ensure compliance with KHDA, DHA, and other regulatory requirements.

• Streamline processes to improve efficiency, parent satisfaction, and staff productivity.

• Collaborate with therapists and clinical supervisors to ensure smooth delivery of services.

• Understand clinical matters to support decision-making and communicate effectively with parents.

• Escalate clinical concerns appropriately to senior clinicians.

• Serve as the primary point of contact for schools, nurseries, and external stakeholders.

• Build and maintain strong professional relationships to expand the center’s network.

• Support partnership initiatives, MOUs, and collaborative projects.

• Represent the center in external meetings, workshops, and community events.

• Support staff coordination, training schedules, and team communication.

• Facilitate clear communication with parents regarding services, updates, and follow-ups.

• Ensure operational issues do not disrupt therapy services.
