Area Manager - Mumuso | Duozoulu

Responsibilities:

To lead and support an area team to deliver against the key business indicators as laid out in the Business Plan and measured via the Balanced Scorecard.

Key Accountabilities 主要职责:

1. To deliver and exceed area sales and profit targets 达到并超过区域销售利润目标:

By monitoring and analysing stores performance 追踪并分析门店绩效

By effective use of all company systems, processes and measures 高效运用公司的所有系统、程序和衡量方法

By ensuring robust performance management and regular review of each manager 保证高绩效管理和经常性评估每位经理

By coaching and challenging Store Manager to maximise financial performance of area 通过指导并挑战店经理来达到区域财务绩效最大化

2. To develop a team of Store Managers able to deliver outstanding performance 发展一批具有杰出绩效的店经理团队

By effective manpower planning, and quality recruitment, maintaining a fully resourced area team 通过高效的人力规划、高品质招聘来很好地配置人力资源

By training, coaching and effective PDP/Progression, enable the personal development of all the team 通过培训、指导和高效的PDP/级数来确保所有团队的个人发展

Retain and develop great Store Managers and Assistant Managers for the future, supporting the talent and development processes in the business 留住并发展优秀的店经理和店副理以备将来所需,在营运中支持优秀人才的发展

By ensuring best practice is share across the area 保证区域内进行好的经验分享

By offering support and advice when needed, and by recognising excellence 通过在需要时提供支持和建议,并认可卓越的员工

3. To continuously improve the guest experience 不断提高顾客的体验:

By using the business measures and tools to create and implement action plans to improve performance 通过运用营运测量方法和工具来制定和贯彻行动方案以提高绩效

By maintaining awareness of local marketplace and competitors, and ensuring guest journey is appropriate. 通过维持对本地市场的知晓和竞争者分析,并确保顾能得到好的消费体验

By ensuring all legal requirements are met 通过确保所有的营运都合法

Solicits customer feedback to understand customer needs and the needs of the local communit 收集顾客的回馈了解顾客的需求以及当地社会的需求

4. To help support the brand growth 支持品牌成长

By ensuring operations are prepared and equipped to take on new acquisition sites 确保最新地点的营业及设备准备

To open on schedule with the right team and operational standards in place. 通过适当的团队和正确的营运标准按计划开店

Work with the New Store Opening to achieve this with the Store Managers 协助店经理达成新开店的目标

By working with marketing to develop sales building, brand aligned and initiatives. 通过与行销合作主动提升业绩、传递品牌

5. Developing operational plans for managing implementation, and measuring results 制定计划做好执行工作并且衡量结果

Creates area implementation plans to support implementation of regional and company initiatives 创建区域执行计划主动支持公司及地域的策略

Communicates clearly, concisely and accurately to ensure effective operations at the store and area level. 通过精确、简明、清晰的沟通保证区域及门市的高效营运
