You will report straight to management and play a vital role in shaping our company culture, processes, and workforce development.Key Responsibilities:1. Recruitment &amp; Onboarding<ul><li>Identify staffing needs and create job descriptions.</li><li>Source candidates through job portals, referrals, and networks.</li><li>Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and assist management in hiring decisions.</li><li>Prepare offer letters, employment contracts, and conduct onboarding, including orientation on company policies and culture.</li></ul>2. Attendance &amp; Leave Management<ul><li>Track employee attendance, holidays, and leave balances.</li><li>Approve leaves and ensure fair leave policy implementation.</li></ul>5. Performance &amp; Development<ul><li>Identify training needs and coordinate skill development sessions.</li><li>Encourage employee growth and motivation.</li><li>Conduct training for watchmen, cleaning staff, and other support personnel to maintain standards and discipline.</li></ul>6. Employee Relations<ul><li>Address employee grievances and foster a positive work environment.</li><li>Ensure smooth communication between management and staff.</li><li>Handle conflict resolution when needed.</li></ul>7. HR Policies &amp; Culture<ul><li>Simplify and implement HR policies suitable for a small team.</li><li>Promote company culture through engagement activities and team-building initiatives.</li><li>Organize team meetings, prepare agendas, and circulate Minutes of Meetings (MOMs).</li><li>Support internal communications and employee satisfaction initiatives.</li></ul>8.
