We&rsquo;re looking for a high-energy, service-driven Bartender / Server to join our team at Pungo Sports Bar and Grill. This hybrid role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment and can juggle pouring beers, making cocktails, and keeping the floor running smoothly. You&rsquo;ll be behind the bar mixing drinks and on the floor keeping game days under control.Key Responsibilities:Behind the Bar:<ul><li>Craft cocktails, pour drafts, and serve up drinks with speed and accuracy</li><li>Engage guests with upbeat, friendly service&mdash;especially during high-volume events</li><li>Maintain a clean, organized bar stocked with all necessary tools and ingredients</li><li>Verify customer ID and ensure responsible alcohol service</li><li>Handle cash, credit card, and POS transactions accurately and efficiently</li></ul>Qualifications:<ul><li>2+ years bartending experience in a high-volume environment (sports bar preferred)</li><li>Must be 21+ years old with appropriate local/state alcohol certifications</li><li>Strong communication skills</li><li>Ability to stay cool under pressure</li><li>Available to work nights, weekends, and holidays (especially during major sporting events)</li><li>Familiarity with beer, cocktails, and POS systems</li></ul>Benefits:<ul><li>Free shift meals and drinks</li><li>Fun, fast-paced atmosphere with a great team and loyal customer base</li></ul>Job Type: Part-timePay: $15.78 - $30.00 per hourBenefits:<ul><li>Employee discount</li></ul>Work Location: In person
