Bartender/Server

We’re looking for a high-energy, service-driven Bartender / Server to join our team at Pungo Sports Bar and Grill. This hybrid role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment and can juggle pouring beers, making cocktails, and keeping the floor running smoothly. You’ll be behind the bar mixing drinks and on the floor keeping game days under control.

Key Responsibilities:

Behind the Bar:

• Craft cocktails, pour drafts, and serve up drinks with speed and accuracy
• Engage guests with upbeat, friendly service—especially during high-volume events
• Maintain a clean, organized bar stocked with all necessary tools and ingredients
• Verify customer ID and ensure responsible alcohol service
• Handle cash, credit card, and POS transactions accurately and efficiently

Qualifications:

• 2+ years bartending experience in a high-volume environment (sports bar preferred)
• Must be 21+ years old with appropriate local/state alcohol certifications
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to stay cool under pressure
• Available to work nights, weekends, and holidays (especially during major sporting events)
• Familiarity with beer, cocktails, and POS systems
