<ul><li>Recruitment &amp; Staffing</li><li>Managing end-to-end hiring process</li><li>Screening, interviewing, and onboarding new employees</li><li>Coordinating with departments for manpower planning</li><li>Employee Onboarding &amp; Induction</li><li>Conducting orientation programs</li><li>Ensuring smooth integration of new hires into the organization</li><li>Attendance &amp; Leave Management</li><li>Maintaining employee attendance records</li><li>Managing leave requests and approvals</li><li>Ensuring compliance with leave policies</li><li>Payroll &amp; Compensation</li><li>Processing monthly payroll</li><li>Handling statutory compliance (PF, ESIC, TDS)</li><li>Maintaining salary records and issuing payslips</li><li>Employee Relations</li><li>Addressing employee grievances</li><li>Promoting a healthy work environment</li><li>Supporting conflict resolution and disciplinary action if needed</li><li>Performance Management</li><li>Coordinating appraisals and evaluations</li><li>Assisting in setting KPIs and tracking performance</li><li>Training &amp; Development</li><li>Identifying training needs</li><li>Organizing skill development programs and workshops</li><li>Policy Development &amp; Compliance</li><li>Drafting and updating HR policies</li><li>Ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies</li><li>HR Documentation &amp; Reporting</li><li>Maintaining employee records and personal files</li><li>Preparing HR reports for management (MIS, attrition, etc.)</li><li>Exit &amp; Final Settlement Process</li><li>Handling resignations, exit interviews, and clearance formalities</li><li>Processing full &amp; final settlements</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: &#8377;35,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Food provided</li></ul>Work Location: In person
