  • Processing monthly payroll
  • Handling statutory compliance (PF, ESIC, TDS)
  • Maintaining salary records and issuing payslips
  • Employee Relations
  • Addressing employee grievances
  • Promoting a healthy work environment
  • Supporting conflict resolution and disciplinary action if needed
  • Performance Management
  • Coordinating appraisals and evaluations
  • Assisting in setting KPIs and tracking performance
  • Training & Development
  • Identifying training needs
  • Organizing skill development programs and workshops
  • Policy Development & Compliance
  • Drafting and updating HR policies
  • Ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies
  • HR Documentation & Reporting
  • Maintaining employee records and personal files
  • Preparing HR reports for management (MIS, attrition, etc.)
  • Exit & Final Settlement Process
  • Handling resignations, exit interviews, and clearance formalities
  • Processing full & final settlements

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹35,000.00 per month
